Underground caustic and toxic liquid storage tanks

Trokotex tanks are intended for storage of caustic, toxic and harmful substances and perfect for most difficult conditions in the industry. They can store highly aggressive acids, alkalis, salts and any types of mixtures without causing any failures. We select materials for every equipment, considering its specific operating parameters such as type of a medium, temperature and place of installation.

We offer products intended for underground installation. Underground tanks should be installed under the ground surface. Professional workmanship and additionally reinforced structure of our products guarantees safe storage of media and eliminates risks connected with storage of the same in tanks made of other materials, e.g. highly corrosive concrete or steel.

Type ZP tanks for storage of toxic, caustic and harmful substances are complete with licence documentation approved by the Technical Supervision Office, being necessary documentation required for operation of such types of equipment.
As every tank is delivered as tailored, distribution and size of connections (basic stub pipes and nozzles, manholes, thread connections) can be agreed and will not affect the price of a finished tank.

Polyester and glass laminate has a lot of advantages, which make it possible for our tanks to compete with PE or P tanks:

light structure – possibility of installation on higher storeys of a building,
excellent chemical resistance of materials,
high resistance to temperatures of even up to 180°C,
resistance to weather conditions such as humidity, UV radiation

Characteristics of tanks:

Each product is subject to detailed tests performed in a company test laboratory.
Resistance of chemical substances and mechanical strength of our products is confirmed by test laboratories accredited by the Technical Supervision Office.
For every tank a passport is issued including, among others, the following data: technical data, technical drawings, certificates, results of laboratory tests, a protocol of acceptance by UDT and KJ.
In order to facilitate design works, complete drawings of our products may be sent in *.dwg formats.
The company renders counselling and training services at a customer’s premises with respect to use of our products.
